D&D 5E Counterspell check ?

1) The Wizard used the spell Counterspell against spell of 6th level (sunbean), spending Slot 4th Level of Counterspell. The Book says he needs to do a CD spell test 10 + Spell Level. In this test the Wizard adds her Charisma bonus and your proficiency? Or so the bonus of Charisma? Or nothing?

2) A Mage cast SUNBEAN and the enemy sorcerer responds with counterspell, the magician can then make Counterspell upon Wizard counterspell?

Counterspell: You attempt to interrupt the creature in the process of
casting a spell. If the creature is casting a spell f 3rd
level or lower, its spell fails and has no effect. If it is
casting a spell of 4th level or higher, make an ability
check using your spellcasting ability. The DC equals 10
+ The spell's level. On a success, the creature's spell fails
and has no effect.

Can you cast 2 spells in a round, even with a bonus action? I thought it was only one spell and a cantrip. That might prevent it, as Sunbeam and Counterspell would be 2 spells.

Because? No seriously, according to the RAW, there is AFAIK nothing to stop you from doing it. I said no, because I do not think that is the intention, but that's just for my table. I also rather not turn every battle including two casters into a counterspell-fest.

RAW says that if you cast a spell as a bonus action, you can only also cast a cantrip. Counterspell is a reaction, not a bonus action.

1) d20 + Int + prof for a wizard, d20 + Cha + prof for a sorcerer; the same number you use for making magic attacks or adding 8 to for save DCs.
2) Yes, if you cast a spell, another caster uses counterspell, you can use your own counterspell to counter that counterspell, though you only get one reaction a round so be sure you're good on that score.

For reference, you interchange mage, wizard, and sorcerer a bit much in your questions, which might be why there's some confusion.
