Sounds groovy. Tieflings, at least in this region of space, are descendants (usually distant, sometimes not) of a fiend of some sort and so can have a wide range of appearances. They always have at least one unsubtle appearance trait that marks their heritage. They don't have a nation or culture of their and are usually born to and raised by humans.

If so I may have one in the works with a few tweaks. And uncommon item being Hekm id Telepathy...or possibly the one that lets you breathe in any environment.
