Paraelemental Plane of Ooze

Can anyone direct me to where I can find 3.X information regarding inhabitants of the paraelemental plane of ooze? In particular, has there ever been an official genie race of that plane?

I'm not sure there has ever been one - para-elementals disappeared with 2e, I think.

Yup, and 4E just stuck them in the Elemental Chaos (Which, I'll be honest, I do prefer as to all the different planes)

As for Ooze, its very much the plane there's nothing about. The answer to what's there should probably be "Ooze". Its a plane of garbage, gunk and poison

No official Genie, but then again, none of the Paraelemental planes have djinn, only the main four do

Well thinking about this logically, Oozes can be made out of anything really. So it does not have to be a plane covered in slime. Where would oozes be most likely to thrive? According to the Monster Manual, they often appear in underground caverns, so perhaps the ooze plane is a massive underground system of caverns, home to every type of ooze imaginable. There could be entire structures that are in fact colonies of oozes.

Paraelemental Ice has one, the Qorrash.

In the Manual of the Planes on page 180 it says that paraelementals are the synthesis of two elemental forces and for ooze paraelementals in particular it says they "slither and crawl through the Elemental Planes of Earth and Water, which they call home."

It looks like the paraelemental planes are not part of the default cosmology in 3e even though there are paraelementals.

Where are the quorrash from?

I've compiled a few 3rd and 3.5 about the para-elemental ooze and made some up based off what was published in various cannon resources. Things like native ooze creatures, gelatinous templates, ooze elementals, ooze weirds, but I've never seen or considered a 'genasi' from the plane. Ooze stuff is basically earth and water with a native lean towards acidic damage types and resistances. The genasi as a adaptable race are pretty shallow in complexity. I imagine it'd be pretty easy for you to custom-create them for your world.
