We got our tickets as soon as they went on sale. First midnight showing.

Trailer looks awesome. Quite spoilery, I think.

In the Force Awakens trailers they put the focus on Finn and gave the impression that he was gonna be a Jedi.

Here they give the impression that Kylo is going to kill Leia, but I don't think that's gonna be the case. I know they didn't have an outline for the two sequels ready when the Force Awakens comes out but I think they've now decided to go for a redemption story for Kylo and a gone to the darkside story for Rey.

Ah right, yeah.

On the other hand, having Kylo kill *both* his parents and ending the film with Rey reaching out to him would be delightfully dark and solve the problem of Fisher not being around to film IX. And it would mirror the tones of Empire better (assuming they're going with the darker middle part thing again).

If Rey needs someone to show her the way or something, that means Luke is dead and not a force ghost yet.

Kylo kills mum. Rey meets Snoke. Kylo and Rey join force. Luke dies.

That was some impressive spoilage for the most awaited film of the year.

Hope we get more on the possible temple flashback. Kylo doesn't seem that powerful but at the same time i'm confused about the ground shattering ability

I suspect as Joker said there's a lot of misdirection there. But the director did warn it was quite a spoiler trailer.

It could be all or partly a misdiretion, but the trend lately has been to very spoilery trailers.

I'm not peticularly bothered by, more perplexed at the marketing strategy behind it. That being said, having seen Blade Runner 2049 last night, the twist in it was rather savory has it played on a regular trope.
