Looks like "Homebrew" is winning by a longshot! My hat's off to those intrepid DMs (and I'll admit to some temptation in that direction when I find myself shaking my fist at some WotC designer... ;) ).

I literally just started running Tomb of Annihilation last night. It's ostensibly part of my ongoing Tales from the Yawning Portal campaign. We played through The Sunless Citadel and The Forge of Fury, but I decided to replace the next three with Tomb, and then we'll segue back into Tales with Against the Giants and possibly Tomb of Horrors as a sequel to Tomb of Annihilation. We'll see how we go.

My other group is currently playing through Scourge of the Sword Coast, which isn't one of your options (but neither is it homebrew). That campaign will eventually shift into Storm King's Thunder, but we're not there yet.

The group I'm playing in is sort of doing Storm King's Thunder.

EDIT: Also, I have run Tyranny of Dragons and Curse of Strahd in their entirety, and I've used bits and pieces of both PotA and OotA in a homebrew campaign.

I've played Apocalypse and run Strahd in the past. I'm currently playing ToD and working on a conversion of the Savage Worlds adventure/setting Evernight to 5e. We'll see if that sticks.

This may include people who are using AL, DMs guild, one of the many 3rd party adventures, conversion of older modules, or actual home brew.

So it actually seems kinda low.

Greyhawk sandbox campaign. Current adventures are delving the Halls of Greyhaven (an ancient abandoned dwarven stronghold), clearing Lion Castle (an undead filled mage's castle), and locating Rahisia (an investigation into a missing betrothed).

My campaign began with Lost Mines of Phandelver, then we got into some old 2E Planescape stuff that culminated in the adventure Dead Gods. Then, the PCs got drawn into some of the Princes of the Apocalypse events, which are atill unresolved.

From there they went back to Sigil, then to the City of Shade in Faerun, where they met with a Vistani who took them through the mists and into Barovia. We went through Curse of Strahd in its entirety.

After that, they returned to Sigil to find 5 years had passed while they were in Barovia. They dealt with some matters there, then returned to Faerun to deal with the Elemental Cults, who’ve now had 5 years for their plans to progress. Dealing with the Cult of Eternal Flame brought them to the City of Brass, and from there they had a little excursion to Athas.

They did what they had to do on Athas and have returned to Faerun. They’re about to face the Elemental Cults....but the death curse from Tomb of Annihilation has kicked in, affecting half the party. So they’re off to Chult to deal with that before finally facing the Elemental Cults.

So that’s my long winded way of saying I voted for Tomb of Annihilation, Princes of the Apocalypse, and Homebrew.

You didn't include "other published adventure" as a choice but I'm currently running UK3 The Gauntlet. The cover is terrible but the adventure is fairly good.
