What Extraplanar Villain Would You Like to See Detailed?

We are getting Bael. The screenshots on fantasy grounds of M's Tome of Foes show his name as an NPC/Monster in the book.

Anthraxus, the Oinodaemon.

Okay, he's not obscure if you've been playing since 1E. But he's basically all but vanished, except for a few scattered mentions, ever since. I want him back, I want him scheming, and I want him to be the equal of Asmodeus and Demogorgon, as he once was.

(And yes, I said "Oinodaemon," not "Oinoloth." I hate that daemons didn't get to ditch "yugoloth" when demons and devils got to ditch "Baatezu" and "Tanar'ri." )

I may be wrong, but wasn't the 2E lore for yugoloths that they predated demons and devils? Whereas now their origin is basically "Asmodeus commisioned some night hags to make them."

Only some of these Gods are Villian's, but those Forgotten Realms gods that the SCAG didn't get too like Enlil, Sharess, Sebek, Set, Inanna, others.

Lady Lynkhab, Shami-Amourae, Xinivrae, and Malcanthet. I think that now that Succubi are their own fiendish race separate from Devils and Demons they need their own paragons.

Hyrsam the Satyr Archfey.

Lilith the Archdevil.

Dagon.

Keref the Chaos Hound.

Shami-Amourae, as of Curse of Strahd, has been reduced to a vestige. An ignoble fate for a former succubus queen.

I second the idea of having multiple succubus queens, at least three (Lawful Evil, Neutral Evil, and Chaotic Evil).
