D&D 5E 5e EPIC MONSTER UPDATES

Legend
I have updated all of the chromatic dragons (they were a little OP and some reorganization) and added the great wyrm chromatic dragons. I have also updated Tiamat to conform with the great wyrm dragons. I took the opportunity to reorganize Tiamat's stat block and I like it much better now. Let me know what you think!

I decided to a little side trek - I've updated the ancient dragon turtle in the dragons section.

OK another little side trek. I've added Aremag to the Dragon Hall of Fame. Hopefully it is in time for CapnZapp's high level ToA campaign.

It's looking good. You desperately need page numbers, mind. I'm looking at Elminster and you might want to note that he is typically under the effect of Elminster's Evasion. I also believe that his pipe has a calming effect on intelligent undead, allowing him to peaceably talk to them. (Both are from Dragon articles.)

With King Arthur, the radius of the second use of King's Blessing seems somewhat limited. How about giving him the choice of as per the base feat or 120' radius for half the effect?

This version of Elminster is based primarily on the 3e Epic Level Handbook version. I don't recall him having either ability in that book, but I could be wrong. I'm not sure what Elminster's evasion is, but I like the idea of an undead calming smoke. I will look into add these when I get to the 2nd drafts.

I assume you mean King's Inspiration. This trait was based on combining bardic inspiration and the inspiring leader feat into one trait to save space. I've tried to make Arthur pretty much a RAW paladin / bard multiclass with some OP equipment (excalibur). So I am not likely to change that trait. Thank you for the suggestion though!
