I like many of the ideas.

My current plan is to pick bits and pieces and add them to my ongoing homebrew, as it has a mythos inspired backdrop.

The pages of advice for incorporating such themes are well written.

The player races are meh (for me) as I prefer the mythos to be something encountered, rather than played as.

I think the Emptiness Domain is fantastic.

Mythos Items and texts are great! As are the writeups on cults.

There are plenty of elder gods and things, some may need adjusting to fit a given campaign, but this seems easy to do.

The bestiary is spot on.

I want to play as a dreamlands cat with the provided sorcerer origin that makes me another PC’s familiar. Or as the underfoot rogue archetype. That seems fun, too.
 

Are you referring to the 5e one that was recently kickstarted?

I have designs on the content of that book especially if [MENTION=7706]SkidAce[/MENTION] has such a high opinion on it.
