Pathfinder 2E Pathfinder 2 class/build guides?

Is anybody working on class/build guides for Pathfinder 2? If so, where will they end up? The Character Builds & Optimization subforum here on enworld seems to be only for D&D so I didn't want to post this question there.

This latter question probably belongs in Meta, but as a random bystander's guess: I expect them to happen in Character Builds & Optimization. That there aren't any now is probably not because that forum is somehow restricted. It's probably because the game isn't even a month old!! :)

You're probably better off looking in the Paizo forums, as that usually had the largest quantity of guides in the PF1 era. Second place I'd look is the GiantITP forums, which have more of an optimization bent. ENWorld certainly has it charms, but it's not a real repository of CharOp expertise, outside of a few posters.

I think something more like a strategy guide that weighs situational benefits would be more worthwhile. Generally build will affect the decisions you make in play, but the core math of your character is independent of things like class feat choice. Independent of analyzing the situation you find yourself in it is hard to make a determination if Furious Finish or No Escape is meaningfully better than the other.

So much is also dependent on the other members of your party. Powerful attacks like Furious Finish and Power Attack are way better if you have a Wizard who specializes in debuffs.

I haven't even had a chance to play it despite having the book a few days after it was released. The joys of adult life and work.

I was just brainstorming a character that could be kinda funny. I call it The Prestidigitator - a character built to prepare the maximum possible number of cantrips per day. Take a gnome or an elf, both of which can get two cantrips from heritage and ancestry feats, make them a specialist wizard so you can prepare another six cantrips, take a cleric, druid, or sorcerer dedication and then get cantrip expansion with it, get a second dedication, then a third. Either the second or third should be bard and you get inspirational performance (for a composition cantrip) and then esoteric polymath, which I think would let you prepare another cantrip (at least as written). And then get your fourth dedication at 20. You end up with 18 or 19 daily cantrips, all heightened to level 10. Of course you have to prepare prestidigitation every day, because why else would you be playing this character?

Suddenly occurs to me that, ironically, if you are not looking to multi-class generally that Cantrip Expansion is a bit of a trap option. You will pretty much always be better off getting a Dedication feat for Cleric, Druid, or Wizard than you will just getting Cantrip Expansion if you can afford to start with a 14 in the appropriate stat. I was thinking about this because potentially if you are an Arcane Sorcerer and get Wizard Dedication at level 2 you are getting a two level head start on collecting spells for when you get Arcane Evolution at level 4.
