D&D 5E Adventure Path for Margreve

Hi - I really want to run the adventures from Tales from the Old Margreve (for 5e) but I can't figure out how to make a path out of them. I honestly have never run a campaign before. Is there an adventure path already written that I can use to sub these adventures in? Magical fairy tales in eastern europe woods setting? I'm just having a hard time with connecting the stories.

I'm not that familar with that adventure but Midgard which is made by Kopbold Press who make that adventure is eastern European themed.

It has fairy lands and things like leylines, the Tome of Beasts is the Mm for Midgard as well.

It also depends on how familiar with other systems there are and how confidant of adapting it you are.

Does the adventure name any lands or areas that might be from Midgard? I'm guessing its set somewhere in the Grand Duchy of Dornig.

Yup - Margreve is actually in Midgard. I’m just struggling to come up with a story thread that will connect all these forest adventures together while the PC level up.

Something with the Shadow Elves or the lands of light on the other side of the coin?

Or one of the fey lords cooking up something, as I said not that familiar with this adventure. Do you have Tome of Beasts?

Maybe you could try getting your hands of the Mirkwood campaign for Adventure in Middle-Earth. Its not really an adventure path, its more of a vague campaign template over 30 years with a few set events that leads to the ''darkening'' of the large magic forest that is Mirkwood. The campaing requires a lot of filling adventures between all ''set events''; this is were you could use the different lairs of the old Margreve.
