Your a jock Harry proclaimed Saban. After 7 years of hard school training Harry would lead the world in Quidditch games won for thirty seasons.

Not really, nothing in it says it can't in a group and he makes it clear, that there is flexibility in the oath.
You are missing the point of making the class in the first place.

This is for players who want to play a paladin but don't want the traditional trappings of the class. They don't want to be a "noble knight" cliché. They don't want to be constantly worrying about following a strict code of conduct*. They don't want to be lawful, but don't want to be a blackguard villain either.

Sure, you could refluff it to be just like every other paladin, but there would be no point in it existing at all then.

*The oath is phrased to simply be what most PCs do anyway.

You can do that, but nothing in the fluff requires that you reject Knighthood, just that you achieve physical excellence and are charming.

No, nothing requires you to not be a lawful stupid divotion paladin with slightly tweaked and weaker abilities...

It isn't about being lawful anything, just because there a Paladin Order doesn't mean it has to be lawful, this is good for for more Chaotic Paladin Orders, that are more about beauty, passion, and athletics, ect..., hence why I suggested it for the Ruby Knights an Sunite (with possible Sharessian and Llirrian elements) Order of Paladins as I don't think Devotion, Crown, Ancients, Tranquility, or Conquest suits them or Sune, but Oath of Heroism does.

I see the Paladin oath as all about physical perfection. This can play out in many cultures.

Also, I see the goal of physical perfection as True Neutral − neither Good nor Evil.

Strength is power. Beauty is power. How one uses ones power determines Good or Evil.
