D&D 4E Up-to-Date Character Builder

Does anyone know of any D&D 4th Edition Character builder that has the most updated information? Like, I'm talking about classes like the Executioner and Vampire, as Hybrid options for the Essential's classes, and some of the lastest powers (Especially for the Seeker, as it seems the Seeker got all of its best powers in Dragon Magazine 413).

I've currently been using Hero Lab as my character builder, and it is very comprehensive and very useful. But, it doesn't contain the above content (as well as not having full descriptions for various polymorph abilities, which is rather frustrating), and while I have been able to have a lot of fun with Hero Lab so far, I'm really hoping someone can point me towards a character build that contains all of the updated material, so I can play around with what HeroLabs is missing.

Or a way of adding that Material to HeroLabs, that would be nice to.

Well, you might be able to still subscribe to WotC's original (Silverlight) Character Builder, which is updated with everything for 4e (as far as I know). Mine is still active. But I heard you had to have been a past subscriber (it's unclear at this point).

There is a thread about that here.

Problem is, that costs money, and I already spent money on HeroLab. I would rather not spend money again for what is basically the same product.

Plus I played around with some offline material... it doesn't seem to have Dragon Magazine 400+ content from what I can tell.

The Silverlight builder wasn't WotC's original. The original was the offline character builder which people then updated via the CBLoader hack and a couple of .part files to put in all the new stuff so you definitely had it all in there.
