Survivor Celestials: COUATL WINS!

Heretic of The Seventh Circle
Coatl are the best. Their victory will be well deserved.

My own homebrew setting features them quite prominently, as guardians of places mortals aren’t meant to be, as mentors for divine heroes, and occasionally as advisors to powerful rulers. Like metallic dragons that can fit in more places.

Also, the Aasimar are mostly related to coatl in that world, and the the First Eidelon (primary deific figure of the world) is the mother of the first coatls, and is a sort of super coatl.

I really dont care about them being non-european. Personally my opinion is that that is in no way a bonus (dumb reason for a bonus or a negative). I just love using cuoatls because they are genuinely an awesome/cool npc. What a great creature/exemplar! They have so much flavor. And their involvement in the d&d cosmos is definitely more interesting than the rank and file celestials (basically solars are just the strongest and rarest of the, none the less, rank and file). And cuoatls are essentially celestial royalty as the descendants of jazirian. There is nothing about cuoatls that isnt either cool or adorably cute. Everything about them will be one or the other.
