They are also stated to be his blood at some point but i think that was also just a quotation of a fictitious character. So...yeah. Somewhat inconclusive paternity test there...
It's stated in that quote above, attached to the "According to the scholar named..." It's just a supposition that the DM can accept or deny without it affecting anything.
