Who Wants a True Blood RPG?

In addition to World of Darkness and Buffy other games are Smallville (which is unfortunately out of print) and, from what I hear, Monsterhearts.

Smallville is designed for soap opera with powered beings and easily hacked. Rpgnet has threads on hacking Smallville for True Blood. The hacks are not major and involve creating a few new Heritages, renaming/adjusting the values. and, possibly, adding a Hunger Stress Track. The only other things is tailoring the Pathway system and, if a google search for either Smallville RPG True Blood Pathways or Cortex Plus True Blood Pathways does not turn anything up (and at least one does), Pathways exist online for Camarillaville (a Vampire hack for Smallville) and for Vampire Diaries hacks ( either of which should work).

True Blood is a cool series, but I think it doesn't have enough world building to be the basis of an RPG. Maybe a one-off? But then I would probably go with Vampire the Masquerade, which has a much richer world to work with. There's also a Buffy the Vampire Slayer RPG, although I have no idea if it is any good (and it probably focusses on killing vampires).
I have seen Buffy recommended (well Cinematic Unisystem in general, but there is no general Cinematic Unisystem book) mentioned elsewhere along with Smallville (a.k.a. Cortex Plus Drama) and World of Darkness as top choices.

If I wanted lore/background I don't need to spend money when I can to see the wiki, and if I wanted cruch, vampire disciplines or other supernatural powers then I would use World of Darkness, or d20 system.

I’m the opposite. I really don’t want anymore books for crunch. If they have an archetype that helps a setting that’s cool. But if a book is more than 5% crunch or so I am really not interested for the purpose of d&d.

I don't want only crunch, but only some parts of crunch, PC races and classes, and in WoD factions/groups: clan, bloodline, tribe, guild, kin...

- To face a vampire you can't show a white rose and implore Rose of Guadalupe. He would laugh front of your face, let you totally dry and making a tie with your bowels.

- Believe me. I have met many vampires who also thought like you, and it was their biggest and last mistake.

All four Cinematic Unisystem games are monolithic cores...
Buffy
Angel
Army of Darkness
Ghosts of Albion. (Victorian, less-genderist, buffy)

For that matter, I can't think of a non-setting-tied corebook for either unisystem flavor.
BTVS is the closest to universal; Eden Studios Presents Vol 1 includes a Firefly conversion for Cinematic Unisystem, and it clearly bases upon BTVS/Angel.

I can't think of any either. I have Angel, Buffy, and Eden Studios Presents vol 1. I haven't picked up Army of Darkness or Ghosts of Albion.
