Intelligence and Charisma are next-to-unusable in a no-caster party. Even a rogue is going to want Dexterity then Constitution (because of the lack of healing). This means it's very hard to have a team "face" or team smart guy, making social interaction difficult. If I were you, I'd introduce some new class or subclass that lets you use Intelligence or Charisma in combat somehow, so that a build with those abilities as primary or secondary is feasible without being combat dead weight.
I’m sorry but this is white room nonsense that doesn’t even pass a white room analysis.

Even ignoring Swahsbuckler Rogues, who very much do get a bonus based on CHA, Rogues and Fighters both can absolutely start with a 14 Con without being anything like “dead weight” in combat, and Rogues have Expertise.

D&D can do low magic just fine. Social interaction, on the other hand, is a weak part of the rules no matter how much magic you're using, at least not without some fine grade hacking first (IMO anyway).
Idk, I’ve played games touted as better at social interaction, and I’d rather play D&D if I’m gonna do a highly social fantasy game.

I'm going with Barbarian, Fighter, Ranger and Rogue. No official sub-classes. Instead I used class abilities from the various sub-classes, of the same class, to create a single Path. My campaign will be level 1-6.

Fighter
Level 1 : Fighting Style, Second Wind
Level 2 : Action Surge
Level 3 : Unwavering Mark
Level 4 : Fighting Spirit
Level 5 : Extra Attack

Ranger
Level 1 : Favoured Enemy, Natural Explorer
Level 2 : Fighting Style Archery
Level 3 : Hunter’s Prey
Level 4 : Skirmisher
Level 5 : Extra Attack

Rogue
Level 1 : Expertise, Sneak Attack
Level 2 : Cunning Action
Level 3 : Assassinate
Level 4 : Uncanny Dodge
Level 5 : Extra Attack

Barbarian
Level 1 : Rage, Unarmored Defence
Level 2 : Reckless Attack
Level 3 : Danger Sense
Level 4 : Fast movement
Level 5 : Extra Attack

A Dark Sun -based campaign world (where mundanes slew the defilers) might be a starting point to pique players' interest.

Honestly, with only 6 levels and no subclasses, I'd probably build a bunch of mini-classes to tempt my players into trying something different. Turning most of the PHB backgrounds into mini-classes would be a good start.
That's a very cool idea.
