I'm not sure that's enough pages to cover all of the different elf subraces in DnD.

From Mordenkainen's Manual of the Maltreated and Morally Misunderstood

Cyclops
These Maltreated People are the one-eyed combination of David and Goliath: half shepherd, half giant. Unfortunately, my studies of these pastoral herdspeople were limited. In recent years, Cyclops have been subject to the horrors of hateful hate crimes. The perpetrator - known as the Man of Twists and Turns - has been blown through the Winedark Sea, scampering from island to island to island, systematically blinding the Cyclops with a magical spear enchanted with heat metal. Finding a Cyclops willing to sit down for a cup of fair trade tea and vegan biscuits was a tiresome affair. Instead, the Cyclops cursed me and instructed me to contemplate my man-privilege. I was told I am an animal and a savage - worse by far than a sheep, for the mutton on my thighs was unworthy to graze Cyclopean lips.

I must confess, I failed my Wisdom save; my curiosity got the better of me. I took tyrannical advantage of the Cyclops's visual impairment. I disguised myself as an Orcish facepainter, an art I colonially appropriated during my previous research. How dare I. A Cyclops, a wonderful lad with a toothy smile, invited my into his grotto, beautifully decorated in sheep bones. There we feasted upon fair trade tea and vegan biscuits.

However, I was overwhelmed by remorse for my non-theological sins of ableism and racial appropriation. Instead of conducting an interview for this volume, I paid the Cyclops 10,000 gold pieces to teach me about the repugnance of ableism and racial appropriation. Now I can brag to my awakened-wizard friends about seeing the true deformity of my man-privilege.

I beg to differ. Have you ever seen a Cyclop working on a construction site? Neither do I. Yet, mortarless limestone walls are called cyclopean walls. It smells cultural appropriation where the cyclops took the poor mycenians's stoneworks and made them theirs. Due to this heinous act commited by the loathsome cyclops, they should be a player class, not en entry in Mordenkainen's book.

Do you have to put out your eye to qualify for Cyclops, or just wear an eye patch?

Why would you exclude some of the elf subraces?

Assuming you actually wanted to do this (and IMO it's completely silly to do so), I would simply go with D&D Bestiary. It provides the same purpose with a less evocative title.

I always liked the word "Codex." Sounds like the name of a supervillain, or a really smart wizard. And alliteration is always awesome, amirite?
So I suggest "Creature Codex."

Alliteration always appears awesome although authenticity adapts against asymmetric antagonism
