That Legendary Strahd box set sounds awesome. More than I am willing to pay for an adventure, but they should do these for every adventure IMO.
They do that technically, but that's through the much more pricey Beadle n Grimm Platinum releases. Which are awesome, but that awesome comes with a not so awesome price tag.

Maybe I am mistaken, but I don't remember them doing it for all of the adventures. The maps alone in this product a pretty fantastic.

True. By the time I learned of Beadle and Grimm, I think it was around the time of the Waterdeep: Dragon Heist book. So I think IIRC, that's when they started doing those.

Beadle & Grimm were first advertised on the D&D website for Dragon Heist, so I'm pretty sure you are correct.

"This book also contains a new version of the blade singer from the Sword Coast Adventurer’s Guide.”

Sounds like the SCAG content is getting more than a new coat of paint.
We already new that. And it seems to be the only SCAG subclass included.

My conclusion: WotC are having a really really hard time creating new wizard subclases that people don't hate.

IMO, if there is a SCAG subclass that would be good with a new coat of paint (i.e. proper gear support) it's the Battlerager.

We knew it was reprinting; this line seemed to surprise many people in the Tasha's thread: it sounds like they're doing some tweaks to the class beyond just flavour. What that means, whether it's just removing the Elf-restriction or really overhauling the subclass to make it work more efficiently, is unknown. But they're changing something.

Subclass already efficient.
You and I might believe that, but there are a lot of people who feel that between the subclass and the 3 weapon attack spells introduced in the book, that it was a sloppy attempted at a Wizard-base Gish. I'm interested in what WotC thinks the class needs in their changes.

An obvious change would be to swap Extra Attack for War Magic (as EK).
