I haven't responded to WotC survey for a long while. But I answered this one to make sure us ENWorlders are represented.

I didn't count the questions.

I haven't bought much at all recently - they ask about spending in the last six months but most of the game stores around here have been more or less shut down since last March; and I don't buy online if at all possible. So a lot of '0' answers in those questions.

Didn't take me anywhere near 25 minutes, but then my comments were pretty brief and that's where the time often goes in these things.

Edit to add: anyone know if they ever release the results of surveys like this? I'd be curious...

Sorry, but I tried typing that, but it still comes out as "Nentir Vale." Maybe it's because I'm using a German keyboard.

My usual problems with these surveys is that they assume that you are playing as a player character at least part of the time. I have been a DM 100% the last 25 years so I have a hard time answering favorite character class, race or how deep backstory my character has.
The generic goblin or troll ususally have very little or none, while some hopefully recurring villains or patrons might have quite alot.

You don't have to spell it out anymore, mystara has been upgraded to a core setting rather than just an other setting.
