WOIN Sleeping condition - just fluff or true evil?

Just a tourist passing your way...
Hi there,
I cannot find anything related to that topic - so here we go.

I wonder how much RAW the severe sleeping condition is / should be; "cannot be woken" implies you won't get any help to beat this condition, so that's a big one; monsters like pixies could easily TPK if used that way, and player characters could use it worse...

How do you use the sleep condition in your games?
How is it meant to be used @Morrus?

Well, that was fun

You only have half the sentence there. It says "You are asleep, and cannot be woken by noise or sound."

You can still be shaken awake; and all conditions end on a roll of 5-6 each round.

Ok, that'd make sense.

Both my three PDF's and two prints read "You are asleep, and cannot be woken."
Then it proceeds with slowed.

Sometimes I want to cry about all those little mistakes in WOIN 1.2; I'm a really big fan but it's hard to play by book.

Please, one day you have to do WOIN 1.3 with a clearer layout and bugfixes.
I'll buy it, and many of my friends too.

I see the same thing Mac D (see screenshot below) and I share your sentiments:

Yup. NEW, NOW, and OLD all have the truncated second tier for "Sleeping."

And the WRRD has three-tiered conditions.....
Jup, I've seen them - and to be honest I dont like them.
About 1/3 of the third condition parts are essentially "if this occurs in a fight you're dead".
Curse got nerved (no more auto-crits) but there are several conditions leading into helplessness.

It's less confusing than v1.1 conditions but still too much anyways.
V1.2 conditions are ok if you print the page for reference, more would be too much for me.

Ah, yes. The "third tier" was introduced in EONS article 129: Extreme Conditions. The WOINRPG site includes a Condition cheat sheet in the resources section.
