Delina begs to differ, with luck or cunning she can be easily the most powerful creature card in the set, playing with her on Arena, even without enhancers, but alot of luck, she has single handedly beaten players for me. Even rolling a 1 and using her own power on herself can deal 6 damage.
I did run afoul of a Delina infinite engine once or twice in Limited so far. However, in today's design article, Maro reiterated that the dive mechanics were built for Limited, and to specifically not work in Constructed formats. Time will tell if they succeed, I suppose.

I'm still working on my collection in Arena, though I do have a fully functional Cleric Class deck (which, yes, is also Cleric Tribal). It is a solid core for a heal/buff engine in Standaed constructed.

That seems like something that still isnt top level competitive. Any card can win a game, but if a 3/2 4cmc card that doesnt have haste is game winning...Standard is fairly low power.
It shines in Limited, in my experience so far, but "Dies to Removal" springs to mind.

Yeah, a common phrase is 'you can win with a ham sandwich.' This card is decent, but it literally dies to shock (if shock is or is not in standard, I dont know right now lol).
Shoxk is I'm Standard for Atlanta the next couple Months, but there are plenty of new equivalents, too.
