I keep it old school.

I also have a number of custom dice bags that my wife made for me, for special sets of dice.
I hate Crown Royal. Canadian Whisky if Im not mistaken? Im more of a Chivas Regal drinker. Funny cause I just bought a great dice holder and Jen comres up to us and says, "Does anyone want this Crown Royal", bag. I took it but realised I got no use for it. Thats my new dice holer.

My oldest and holiest bag ...

I like that phrasing, and I also have an oldest and holiest bag.

Mine is a piece of suede that I very clumsily stitched into a bag back when I was in junior high school. While playing in a friend's back yard one very bright summer day, my friend took a magnifying glass and burned my initials into the bag over the course of the afternoon such that I didn't notice. Surprise monogram! This bag holds a miscellaneous collection of dice.

These days, I've got a collection of a few sets of new dice that are in a bag with an embroidered dragon on it. There's another collection of six sets of dice whose colors are inspired by various nebulae I am saving for characters that call for them, in their own faux-leather bag, and a few sets of Fudge/Fate dice in their own plain bag. I also have a few sets of higher-end dice I keep in wooden dice vaults from a couple of purveyors.

Also, tucked away in the library I have all my old un-inked polyhedrals, in a beaker I used to use for iced tea in college. I don't carry them around, but they're actually kind of pretty in glass...

I've been collecting dice since the 80s. I've been losing dice for a fleeting few seconds less. I have a number of wooden coffers for "the extra". I have a locking plastic case that was my player dice - it is actually a remarkably well made Beta (early competator of VHS) cassette box. But that's been sitting near my computer for the non-VTT online gaming I do. One of my players gifted me a leather hexagonal dice rolling case with lid, and that's my current go-to. It has a groove on the outside to hold dice, and a big area in the center to roll them. It's the only "fancy" thing I have, besides the history of the Beta case.

Bags when needed. Since I mostly game in two places, I tend to leave one dice set at one (where I keep a dice tower), and the rest in a case something like the one in the original post at home.
