I'm sorry if the answer to this is already clear...

Do the multipliers on cost stack? Like, is a luxurious workshop that has the income feature 1gp per foot base, a second gp for luxurious and 4gp for income or is it 3gp per foot as those qualities were modification of the original cost separately?

I think they are multiplicative rather than additive
