That was hilarious! If what that guy says is true, this lawsuit (or "lolsuit") isn't going to go well for TSR3
The amazing part is TSR3 had consciously opened themselves up to having to pay attorneys fees if/when they lose. Normally each side pays their own fees. But in a copyright declaratory judgement action (one of the main grounds here) - loser pays. This could be very expensive for them!

Reading through the thread earlier today, that's what stuck out to me the most. I can't decide if:

1) FauxTSR is arrogant enough to believe that it has some sort of valid claim, and will decisively win the case, or

2) This is some sort of extended scam, in which their loss will become some sort of rallying cry for their (tiny?) base to rise up and shower them with cash

Honestly, it seems like a lose/lose proposition, and I do not understand the strategy.
