Honestly have no idea, but you would think in today's modern age that it would be on offer.

Not any of the big mainstream 5e products, AFAIK.
You can look at DriveThru to see most of Wizards of the Coast's 5th Edition PDFs (DriveThruRPG.com - Wizards of the Coast - D&D 5th Edition - The Largest RPG Download Store!)You have the D&D Next-era adventures (Ghosts of Dragonspear Castle, Murder in Baldur's Gate, Dead in Thay, Vault of the Dracolich, etc.) and the products WotC did for Extra Life (One Grung Above, Mordenkainen's Fiendish Folio, Volo’s Waterdeep Enchiridion, etc.). There are also tons of Adventurers League adventures in PDF there, too.
From WotC directly we have the rulebooks from the Starter Set and the Essentials Kit posted on WotC's website:
And now we have the Monstrous Compendium 2022 Volume 1: Spelljammer Creatures.
In addition to those, there are the playtest documents (not officially available anywhere; some who participated may still have them, but are not supposed to share them), and there may be a scattering of excerpts and previews in PDF.

You have to be a bit careful with them as they show wear a bit more easily from use, but other than that, perfectly satisfied. They are all usually very nice looking and look even more spectacular in person than in pictures due to reflectiveness. The Hydro74 designs, which these are, are definitely my favorites, and these are among some of his best work, in my opinion.
