D&D General Would it be feasible to have magical versions of nappies in Dnd? and if so how would they work?

Also, while we are at it, we should talk about toilet paper and D&D. It is not listed in the PHB so I do not know how much to charge players.

I've been thinking about something for Dnd that sounds very absurd yet is definitely possible and what I was wondering is would it be feasible to have magical versions of nappies in Dnd? and if so how would they work?

Given that the cantrip Prestidigitation will "instantaneously clean or soil an object no larger than 1 cubic foot," magical diapers should not be that big a problem if the GM allows it.

If not the diapers themselves, then a diaper bin. Drop in the dirty one, close the latch, WHOOSH, clean diaper.
