Dragonlance Dragonlance Shadow of the Dragon Queen shows up in the wild!

Well, think I'm gonna be a bit crazy and add some player/subclass options, from 3PP 5E settings, to my Dragonlance 5E games.
So, like the Slayer/Warden/Warrior+their respective subclasses(Like the Foehammer, Herald, Knight for examples) from Adventures in Middle-Earth 5E and some subclasses like the Weapon Master, Knight, Duelist, and others from Ruins of Symbaorum.

Meanwhile, Gnomes can rock some of the Mechanikal options from Iron Kingdom: Requiems 5E.

Yes, this means that we gonna have Gnomes with Steamjacks.

Interesting. I wonder if the intent is that there will be some sort fo follow up to this. Is it possible trusted DMsGuild creators are working on the "second half" of the adventure? Or is this just an admission that WotC expects most DL campaigns will keep going after the official end of this adventure?
Although it's not in reference to Lord Soth, the end of the book basically states that the adventure continues, leaving a few things open (especially the War of the Lance itself) to do so...

A 10th-level party of four PCs vs one CR19 monster is a “deadly” combat that doesn't even reach the suggested XP for a full adventuring day.
I dont think Soth will be met alone.

So its not a 4 (10th level) PC vs 1 (CR19) enemy, really.

And the encounter probably does not occur right after a long rest. So you have to consider the attrition to even get to the encounter.

I think it’s more just a tacit acknowledgement of Lord Soth’s role in the Chronicles trilogy.

Of course. Those are variables I don’t know and will be determined by the game as played at the table.

At the very least we can assume a death dragon mount. But that’s an assumption without the book in front if me.
