Combat is the least interesting part of crunchy RPGs, especially D&D.

A lot of them are. Even a wonderful movie like Wonder Woman ended with a disappointingly boring CGI slogfest at the end. I enjoyed Shang-Chi, but the CGI boss fight at the end didn't do a lot for me.

"Medieval fantasy" is the least interesting genre to play an RPG in.

If only I could find a medival fantasy game!

P1 is a better version of D&D 3X. P2 is a worse version of D&D 4E.
