D&D 5E BG3 is #2 on Steam Global Top Sellers list again, beating Starfield

I know some of that might be folks who have both PC and X-Box using game pass to play it, but Starfield did not last long before being beaten by BG3.

I think BG3 is going to win GOTY.

Also it's a sign that BG3 must still have extremely high sales.

Do the consoles run through Steam? If so, that could be reason for a boost.

No consoles don't go through Steam, otherwise Starfield's numbers would be way higher because it's on game pass were you can basically play it for free (game costs like 12 bucks, but alot of folks already have it).

Mac games are sold through steam, but as far as I know those don't show up either for some reason.

I might be all the mods being added to BG3 adding more replayiblity, like a Magus class, Death Knight class, Crimson Oathsworn class, Blood Hunter Class, Red Mage Class, mods that add subclasses and subraces, mods like Races of Multiverse that add 56 more races, a mod that adds in Satyrs, a mod called Avengers of Balduran that radically changes how the game plays like adding permanent injuries, etc....

I dont know about that. A single run in normal is LONG. Or maybe I was slow? :D

I've been playing Starfield for several days straight, but I'll probably go back to BG3 shortly. Starfield is, basically, just another Skyrim or Fallout 4, but with effectively infinite maps of wilderness and copy/paste dungeons to get lost in if you want to.
