One of the problems that stuck out to me was how meaningless non-lethal is treated. It's basically a "we killed them but we didn't really kill them" placebo ability.

How hard do you have to hit someone that they become less angry at you?Well, one vendor who turned temporally hostile, I KOed, and later on she went back to conscious and yellow.
Hard enough to prove that you could have killed them, apparently. How hard do you have to hit someone that they become less angry at you?

It was situational - her Flaming Fist mates had turned hostile because of events. Then tuned-unhostile, also because events. How hard do you have to hit someone that they become less angry at you?
Worked on the Hulk v Thanos.Hard enough to prove that you could have killed them, apparently.
Is there a way to stop the duergar and Nere from killing the gnomes without having a huge battle? I am extremely light on AOE stuff (no Gale) and just can't content with all those damn dark dwarves.
I didnt want to kill the excavation pair, one of them sold things. They were nice. But the Gnomes said they had to die too so....Nere will always kill one gnome in the cutscene when he comes out of the tunnel.
In my game, none of the other gnomes died.
You can get about half the duergar on your side by talking to a couple of them before freeing Nere. I forget what their names are, but they're just off the cave-in area. Doing this makes the Nere fight pretty easy.
