I remember he smoked everywhere, non-stop. The only bit of his show I remember was one where a person was advocating for leaglizing marijuana (this was back in 80's maybe early 90s!) and he made it sound like end of the world. When the person said maybe the government should ban smoking because its bad for you, he went ballistic. Sadly, he was cursing the tobacco industry when he died of lung cancer.

I'm 53. Never heard of the guy. But then again, I'm Australian. He maybe never made it over here. <shrug emoji>
