Time for a new ridiculous project, because what is the use of a book without pictures and conversations?

The style is ornamental watercolor.

Creating cool water elemental type creatures is hard. Mainly because DALL-E can’t make them actually out of water. The best I can get is using the anime art style, but these pictures come out too anime if that makes sense. Not is any inappropriate way, just that they come off a little too anime cartoony.

Going to need some Prompts @pukunui for the Genasi. I dont know if its just 'set' in how my other ones already look, but changing to 'fire genasi' or whatever isnt working for me.

A few more images of my rainbow-haired sorceress character; it looks like I'll be playing her in an Invisible Sun game.

I think given the surrealist nature of Invisible Sun, DALL-E's occasional weirdnesses often add character: for instance, the backwards hands in this image are a problem if you're trying to make a normal human, but an interesting quirk in Invisible Sun.

I am looking for some new ideas, though - I think I'm hitting the point of diminishing returns in producing more images of this same character. Next I think I might try some evil Overlords I've been thinking about for a Fellowship game.

Me riffing on what I learned from thar AI generated prompt:

1950's technicolor hollywood epic. a dynamic high fantasy political scene with two Elven kings with long ears who disagree about international trade policy, creating tension between their peoples, including a young couple of Elven nobles in love

Please don't encourage the long ears by asking for them!!! They're bad enough as it is! :)
