Well, it's a game that has been around for years, has a half-dozen spinoff games, and has won multiple awards... that all sounds pretty "complete" to me.You are missing the "Incomplete" from your poll.
That is the grade I'd give Mork Borg as a game...
Would the art-free PDF be OK with your kids, do you think, or is the end of the world nihilism the issue for them?It's a pretty good system.
My main complaints are that while it's graphically interesting, it's hard to read to my bad vision. Also, I like the theme, but I have a hard time suggesting it to my young teen players because of the imagery.
