Two questions:
1) Will this be getting a general PDF release, since it's not under whatever agreement with Wizards prevented that with the earlier ones?
2) Will it be under the OGL?

99% sure that was a 1E Unearthed Arcana spell or, at least, there was a spell that shared its name.

Shadhalia (the city in Seven Days) is the capital city of Quaysarria. Its about 100 miles east of the Dark Tower based on the overland hex map.

Thanks. So it works as a level six hook, potentially, to get the party to travel west to the Dark Tower campaign, which starts at level 7.

I remember phantasmagoria, I think from UA. Much higher level IIRC

That’s correct. I have only skimmed it, but it is a city-based adventure that sets up the campaign and introduces the conflict between Set and Mitra.

No, I definitely remember it from the Gygax 1E era. Maybe it was in a Dragon magazine article he wrote and it didn't make the jump to UA. (I have been big into illusion spells for a very long time.)
