From what I can see, the early access is not tied to the preorder of the items (digital+physical or otherwise).

Need more information!
It's poorly worded for sure, but I can't imagine they're going to give corebook access to any subscription tier without people buying the book.

That said, this is a nice perk for folks with Master subscriptions and a lot of players using it (like me).

Yep. Preorder the book.

But I expect that just preordering it is no longer a requirement for early access. (Or preordering the digital+physical bundle, as it has been recently).

Yeah, they're turning the screws on having an active DDB subscription. For those of us who already had it, no big deal -- and likely some "free" perks -- but I expect that people who had good reason not to subscribe (a Masters subscription ain't cheap and isn't likely to be getting cheaper) will be rightfully frustrated.

you will need to buy it, and if you want early access that means a preorder, although you can still wait with that one ;)

so you mean they will give you access even if you did not buy the book? I'd say that will not happen...
