I personally would like a new Spelljammer book that focused on notable factions, a handful of Wildspace systems, and new creatures unique to the setting. The Spelljammer boxed set didn't really tell us much about the setting other than Bral, so it would be nice to get a greater variety of alien worlds to visit.

Wish I could vote for more than just one, I went with Radiant Citadel but would also love Nine Hells, Planescape, or Spelljammer

Looks like basically everything they've been publishing recently, I want them to publish more of the same topic because it was cool but rushed/insufficient...

As I just stated in the "After the Monster Manual" thread, I hope to see an updated Forgotten Realms setting book. It's been nearly 10 years since SCAG, which only featured a relatively small portion of the setting and was not terribly highly regarded. At worst, at least update other regions outside the Sword Coast, say like the Eastern Heartlands with Cormyr, Sembia, the Dalelands, and the Moonsea regions, which were core parts of the setting all the way up to the current edition.

I actually wouldn't be surprised to see a Manual of the Planes-type book to further fill out Planescape.

Never been much of a Forgotten Realms fan, but I imagine that it would be a pretty good time for a proper FR setting guide. Particularly one that goes beyond the Sword Coast, since one of the only things we've been told is on the docket for next year is a Red Wizards of Thay adventure.

I would love a return to Eberron to give the more mechanical setting elements (species, Khoravar/Jhor'guntaal, dragonmarks, feats, backgrounds, maybe artificer) a fresh coat of paint where needed. Rising from the Last War should still work as a setting guide, so maybe an Eberron adventure module instead?

I'd also love a return to Planescape in the form of a Manual of the Planes-style guide to the Great Wheel cosmology.

Not sure either of those are a next year thing, but I could easily see an FR guide making the cut.

I'd like a return to Eberron in the slipcase format. Book one would be a mechanical tune-up for things like dragonmarks, species options, and the Artificer; maybe a revisit to Stormreach to bring in the history of the new mini-giant Goliaths. Book two would be a Eberron monster guide. Book three would be a big juicy adventure.
"Half-giants" (which would now implicitly be rolled into goliaths) are more of a Sarlona thing than Xen'drik, but I'd be all for either one, to be honest.

Yeah, it's sort of a twisted path. When Half-Giants were adapted for 3e they were given psionics because Darksun, so it was natural to plop them in Sarlona. When Darksun was revised Half-Giants were deemed Goliaths. Now, Goliaths are mini-versions of the standard giants who live in Xen'drik. o_O Then there's the Eneko...
