D&D (2024) 2024 - Does the Influence Action rules still exist?

So it looks like there is a new influence action, but I haven't heard a peep about how it works. The playtest had some static DCs and used the old attitude system, is that still the case now?

In the most recent version of the playtest, there were no longer static DCs. The rule was that the DM sets the DC, and that a good guideline would be to set the DC at the higher of 15 or the creature’s Intelligence or Wisdom score.

Since we haven’t heard otherwise, I’m assuming the version in UA8 is still how it will work.

Yes. It still exsist.

That's all i can confirm at the moment.

And I expect most of that to the in the DMG.
