The email came from test@dndbeyond so it was an error.You would think they would learn their lesson from the 2024 PHB fiasco a few months ago. Nope. Just received an email that my payment failed for the order and it was cancelled. Same as the PHB even though there’s plenty of funds there to cover it.
Submitted a ticket to their world class support team to wait weeks/months to sort it. it’s just beyond stupid. Anyway, here’s for awareness. Have a great day, folks!
