Do All of Your RPG Maps Now Belong To Judges Guild? ... and more?

Aren't there statutes of limitations on things like this? If yes, they must have expired ages ago.
I'm certainly no lawyer, but I'm pretty sure you have a handful of years to file a suit for copyright infringement. I think this is just a guy talking out of his rear end and nothing will come of this. Or at least nothing positive the current Judge's Guild if they try to pursue this.

I'm calling Mobius loop maps myself. Going to do an update to Metagaming's old Black Hole microgame with one as soon as I figure out how to get the counters to stop falling off the board. Even with an abstract topological space as a map the game will still be less baffling than the ending of the Disney film that it shares a name with. :)
