D&D 3E/3.5 Massive Skill List (With Descriptions and Art)

Well, I finally did it. 118 pages of collated, collected, curated and columnaded skills and their descriptions in preparation for making my own NPCs for my campaign world. If any one would be interested, I'll leave a link for downloading the PDF.

These are collected from the Player's Handbook, Ultimate Game Designer's Companion, Experts V.3.5, and 101 New Skill Uses, and has greatly expanded sections in Craft, Knowledge, and Profession. The artwork is AI mainly from Gemini and a few from Perchance.

As always, any feedback is greatly appreciated. Took me two months to retype everything and reword things so that it's my own wording, despite it being OGL. If anyone would like to help me make an OGL sheet to include with it, I'll be able to throw it up on DTRPG, probably still for free.

Thank you in advance!

If the full list of sources that you used were the 3.5 SRD (rather than the Player's Handbook, which technically has no Open Game Content) and the three titles you listed, i.e. Experts v.3.5, 101 Skill Uses, and The Ultimate Game Designer's Companion, then your OGL listing should look like so (note that your book will still need to have declarations of what's Open Game Content and what's Product Identity):

Even if I don't use all those sources? I'm assuming only the sources used get a listing.
Well, I'm always accepting contributions to pay actual artists, and if any artists want to donate, great! Otherwise, I work with what I can afford. And Gemini is actually pretty good as far as eliminating the extra fingers and limbs that AI produces. And for a combined list of useful skill variants, I'd think the price would be right as "free."

You have to list everything in the Section 15 of the sources you use; that's the viral nature of Open Game Content posted under the OGL. What I listed above constitutes the combined Section 15 listings of each of the sources you named.

There are lots of things I can’t afford. I have to go without them. If all you can afford is to use a tool which uses stolen art and exploits artists then you can’t afford art. And that’s perfectly OK—do it without art, or with stock art, or with public domain art. But AI art ain’t it. Please consider rethinking this decision.

Wouldn't section 8 have, "All proper names, Logos, Company Names, Images, Graphics, are product identity all other content are open gaming content. Open Content is the designated as follows: All the skill uses presented in this product, including examples of their use?"

Section 8 of the OGL is the section that requires you to identify Open Game Content. What you seem to be talking about here is the language you'd use to make that declaration.

Strictly speaking, that declaration doesn't have a standardized presentation, but there are many examples of it (and the declaration of Product Identity) that you can copy-and-paste into your own book. For instance, here's something from a recent product I bought:

Open Content: Subject to designation as Product Identity (see below), all content of this work is Open Content. No portion of this work other than the material designated as Open Content may be reproduced in any form without written permission.

Product Identity: The following items are hereby identified as Product Identity, as defined in the Open Game License 1.0a, Section 1(e), and are not Open Content: [company name], the [company name] logo, as well as all trademarks, registered trademarks, proper names, dialogue, plots, story lines, locations, characters, artworks, and trade dress, but excluding any content that is Product Identity of Paizo Publishing, Inc. (Elements that have previously been designated as Open Content are not included in this declaration.)

(Obviously, you'd replace the parts that say [company name] with whatever company name you're publishing under.)

Wouldn't section 8 have, "All proper names, Logos, Company Names, Images, Graphics, are product identity all other content are open gaming content. Open Content is the designated as follows: All the skill uses presented in this product, including examples of their use?"
The internet is not a good place to ask for legal advice.
