D&D 5E (2024) Psions, what would the Seer and Shaper look like?

That runs into to problems it is just the diviner but better and thus never getting past wizards and also sounds very hard to balance.
also letting wizards having diviner the origin of the term mancy seems logical.
Divination is generally too passive for a D&D class. Teleportation is a one-trick-pony. But the combination is worthwhile as a well-rounded D&D character concept. Spacetime is interesting and explanatory.

Someone will use it to make personas from persona real or the archetypes from Metaphor: ReFantazio
Maybe. But like a dream, the personas of a Shaper are more uniquely personal, idiosyncratic, and less like a recognizable cultural archetype.

I ment we literally have a wizard diviner class and making a competitor to it will never get approved by wizards of the Coast, especially if it is better.

Those are technical game terms with definitions in the settings.

Regardless I doubt we will get seer under wotc to me the logical place to go is towards the soul just in an utterly different way to the necromancer
