Not receiving notifications when members I'm following post

Hi, I have followed some members, and I thought that would lead to me receiving a notification when they posted, but I don't. I can't seem to find a setting for it either. Would someone explain what the function of following members is, and how to set it up? Thanks, BC

I am not positive, but I don't think we support that functionality.

For any one person, it may not seem like much, but across the entire user base, it could mean a sending out a high volume of notifications.
