I use bold only when I'm typing on the phone, otherwise it is colored - it helps me too when I scan for my text quickly through a thread or simply to keep multiple characters separate in my head

EDIT: I don't find centered text better simply because it breaks the flow of the post - if you find it better, by all means, use it, this is just a comment on the format - we're talking personal preferences here.

I thought I'd keep the RP going a bit.

So, I see my dude as a quick learner - he knows some really weird languages anyways - so I'm currently only using terms he's heard IC because I feel he'd try to integrate them into his vocabulary as quick as possible. I think it only makes sense if sometimes what I write doesn't quite fit the situation - I don't really know the setting well anyways. There's a few words that I've seen in other people's posts that I REALLY want to use but it would make no sense for him to even know the word or expression exists.

Gredmark Ironfist needs to make some "I'm a reliable employer noises" or Aril might just walk.
He hasn't agreed to take the job yet.
Since Aril has travelled back and forth between his homeworld and Sigil, Gredmark has no hold there.
Kip in the basement of the worst dive in the Hive.

Your character has a bit more cred and knowledge about his reputation. From my character’s perspective though, and being fairly suspicious, it feels off. But I think it’ll be more fun to dive in.
