So far your collective ideas for a Wine domain sounds pretty much like what Dionysus and his Clerics already are in my game. :)

The Celts had a god(dess?) of beer, and Dwarves just have to by default. A long way upthread here there's a couple of really good images of what could be beer-cult celebrations, one with Hobbits and one with (Dwarves? I forget now).

Elves having a deity with a Wine aspect would make sense.

Valeria of the Red Brotherhood, I pulled the description from Howard's story, Red Nails, and then entered it into chatGPT. I tweaked the description because the initial image she looked too heavily muscled and probably could have knocked Conan on his arse with a single blow. ChatGPT really hates showing feet unless you specifically ask it to show them.

I can't imagine Tolkien elves doing a wine revelry. Other elves much more so.
I have all the elven cultures convene their respective courts to an annual Revelry, that mixes politics with extraordinary demonstrations of magic - along celebrations of romance. As a sport, magic duels to the death, include resurrecting the loser.

For the more cerebral elven cultures, I have the Vulcan Pon Farr in mind.
