That’s quite the instrument! Definitely shaped by the mind of the player. In that it reminds me of the signature guitars for players like Matt Bellamy and Robert Fripp.
I'm usually in the range of a $500-$1000 when I buy guitars. Think the most I've ever spent on one was the Fender Tom Morello Stratocaster. It's nice but at the end of the day its just a Super Strat with a toggle killswitch, locking tuners and a SD Hotrail in it. I believe those Triplecasters go for $3-4K. If I could afford it, I'd buy one, they are a limited production run, and I'd imagine they'll double, even triple in price in years to come. I like how the one knob does nothing. That’s quite the instrument! Definitely shaped by the mind of the player. Each of them have signature guitars with unusual or even unique features that you’re unlikely to find in any other production guitars.
Looks great! This Ibanez acoustic is all maple, rarer than hens' teeth. Plays amazing. I call her "Sexcaliber"
I was only shopping for some strings when I typed them into Sweetwaters search engine and that guitar came up. I was shocked when I saw it. It plays and sounds great, my go to acoustic since I got it.Looks great!
My Mom started playing guitar before I did. Hers sounded amazing- don’t remember the brand. But unfortunately, she gave it to a friend who was moving away, about 3 months before I decided to start learning.
Nice looking. I never played a Martin, always thought that being the gold standard of acoustics that they were out of my price range. I never knew they had lower end models in the $500-$1000 range. This is my Saepple Martin Road show. I call her Roxy.
Edit: Opps my Replacements reunion tour foam finger was in the background...

Look into Breedlove, I own 2 and they are excellent guitars. You might have trouble finding a local dealer but zZounds and Sweetwater carry them.Oh yeah, the roadshow is fantastic and retails I think around 800-900. I got mine on a closeout sale for 600.
