Our Physical Fitness

Managed to go out dancing Saturday night, though I left a bit early and slept a bunch. Had a bunch of wakeups last night, but my coughing, hacking and production from my respiratory system is less each morning. Overall my energy feels a little better. I'll see how today goes and maybe try a light session after work.

Edit: Also looks like I've lost about six pounds in the last week. :/ Hopefully that's mostly just dehydration.

I've done very little since I got back other than rehydrate, take electrolytes, eat, and sleep.

I'm hoping this little adventure did not impact me too much, feeling decent today.

I'm mostly OK with that as I missed a day of food, and digestion issues caught up to me today AND I missed lunch. So, running on empty.

Workout was impacted. A rep or 2 lost, almost across the board. I just didn't have the juice.

Strength was OK.
 





Legs was good.

Hack - 500 - I really dont think I can go much higher, as my knee felt real odd today. We will see.
Calf - Whatever.
Dead - Felt good. I think I increase this on Saturday.
Squat - 300. Felt ok, but the knee after the hack squat felt not great.
Extension - Up 5 lbs, 245. Was good.
Curl - stayed at 130, also good.
Press - 18 plates. Its obnoxious walking across the gym to gather plates at this point. :LOL: Going up another 50 on Saturday.

At this point, I felt like I was going to be sick, did my Decline Bench Situps, and called it.
 

Still too sick the last two nights. :/ Breathing keeps getting clearer day by day, but by the end of work I'm still pretty exhausted and achy. I felt JUST about able Monday night, and then realized I hadn't dug out or unpacked my workout clothes or shoes. :LOL: And by the time I did I was too tired and demotivated.

I did switch my home gym to the fancier PF I'm closer to now, which rumor has it has some better equipment.

Cross your fingers for me for tonight!

I'm so glad to see you sticking with it. That said, rest is important, too!
