I think he’d have been a great villain (not a full arc villain, just someone who is the epitome of toxic masculinity and gets punched thoroughly in the face on the way to the finale). Definitely not a hero without a lot of rewriting.

I saw FF but I never saw Wakanda Forever, so I am not sure what the status is or why they are in a desert wasteland.

Wakanda Forever gave us the new king and introduced Namor, who you also saw in the trailer. I'm not sure what that desert is supposed to be -- probably a new location.

I remember that Namor/Atlantis was supposed to be a thing for that movie. Do you think Sue is going to get the mom hots for him in Doomsday?

It was just OK, but they picked a Namor who probably has more sexual charisma than the rest of the MCU combined. (Sorry, Jeremy Renner stans.) I don't know if they're going to have him hit on Sue, but if so, Reed is going to have his hands full.

I quite liked Wakanda Forever - it adapted well to Boseman’s death, and Atlantis is well worked out and visually interesting. I think it’s worth watching.
