Draw Steel might be doable if you use the Starter Rules that come with the adventure called "The Delian Tomb". The adventure is designed to learn as you play and try before you invest in the full release. But, with the full rules, I doubt you would have enough time to learn it as well as you might want.

Unfortunately, while I love the aesthetic and vibe of Numenera, I am not a fan of the system.

I really like Fate Accelerated for CONs, because it's flexible, people get it once the FATE dice are rolling and young folks -especially teens- tend to run with it. I've mostly run and played it at CONs as 1-shots, but I can envision it working for 3 episodic, linked sessions. Speaking of post apocalypse, one of the best FAE games I played in was where the Host subbed out the standard 6 FAE approaches with the SPECIAL (Strength, Perception, Endurance, Charisma, Intelligence, Agility & Luck) from Fallout. It ran really well and I was surprised with some of the creative things my son and other teens came up with. Lots of fun!

Were I to run a PA game at a CON this spring it'd probably be Fallout themed, because the franchise is getting a lot of exposure this year. There's also the 2d20 Fallout which is a nice, lighter implementation of those rules. It might work better at a CON for 3 linked episodes, due to having more play mechanics/options baked in. Your players could even adavance if you set a short milestone.

Being a Crook in Bastion City is hard, between the Capes looking to get the cuffs on you and the Kingpins looking to get their hooks in you. But there are banks to rob and art to steal, and you have your trusty super-tech to make it happen. Bastion City Outlaws is a supervillain crime story where you play the jet boot wearing, weather wand wielding C-listers on a quest for that Last Big Score. The game uses the new Marvel Multiverse RPG but set in its own unique super-world. Each of the three Issues (slots) is a stand alone episode, but players are encouraged to play all three for an enhanced experience.

If possible, get some friends together and run them through whatever scenario you're going to run at the convention. Reynard, if you have time, re/read When Gravity Fails. It’s got a lot of stuff worth swiping, and you may as well use George Alec Effinger’s homework as not.
