D&D 5E (2024) Turn the Fantasy dial until it breaks off

Hyperdimensional dungeons and impossible monsters!
This issue of EN5ider Magazine bids you to press upon the very boundaries of imagination, to contemplate dungeons and realms beyond the most fantastical lands. Embrace The Impossible!
  • The fun begins with a trio of puzzling traps that will have adventurers shouting they’re Inconceivable!
  • Just as mind-boggling is the Fall of the House of Escher, a wily wizard’s tower gone awry that is prime territory for 4–6 PCs of 3rd level to explore.
  • A quartet of Zoologically Impossible monsters (Buridan’s Assassin, Gödel’s Guardian, the Infinite Monkey King, and Schrödinger’s Panther) might be found prowling within.
  • If all this sounds daunting fear not—there’s guidelines for Hyperdimensional Dungeons Made Easy!
  • Advice on such things are commonplace in the Labyrinthine Library, a locale fully detailed at the end including the Keeper background for those wishing to serve the cause.
The all-new EN5ider Magazine is available as a monthly print magazine mailed directly to your door every month, or in convenient PDF format.

Schrodinger's Panther? Sounds like a displacer beast on steroids.

Interesting. Though I would alter the phrasing. Or propose even more outrageous power.

Legendary Reactions:
Superstate. Trigger: Being reduced to 0 hitpoints or incapacitated while there is at one other sentient creature with unobstructed line of sight to the panther. Effect: The panther instantly disappears teleporting and shapechanging into an tiny inanimate magical figurine of a panther in a nearby enclosed space (select randomly a container of suitable or a room with no sentient creatures, they must be withing 60 feet of the original position). The panther remains in such state for 24 hours, and then reappears in the original spot fully healed. If the figurine is found before the end of the period, roll d6: 1-3 the figurine shimmers and becomes a dead body of the panther, 4-6 the figurine shimmers and becomes a docile and subservient panther with 1 hp (the panther recognizes the person who found it as its superior, and will not attack them, however unless it is properly communicated or befriended, it will peacefully leave once it regains at least a half of its hitpoints).
