Getting a Green dragon out of a lake of acid

Well, obviously, a protection from acid spell and a water breathing spell would be sufficient. You don't have the money for that, though. I frankly have doubt that the dragon could make the pool that acidic, but it's not my game, so obviously the DMs call rules. The obvious solution is to...

Race that most resembles an "angel"?

Um...'deva' is not a latin root (it's sanskrit), and would not take a latin-style plural form; devas is correct. Planetar is an invented word which doesn't much resemble any latin noun (it actually resembles an adjective form) so a default english plural form of planetars is correct. Solar is...

Making the Kobold a playable race

Per the default rules, +2 Cha is supposed to be balanced by a weakness of the same type, which means a non-combat attribute, or by a larger weakness of another type. That's why half-orcs get unbalanced attributes -- Str and Cha don't balance one another out. For those people who are using the...

+x ECL races and lack of HP, is there anyway to balance this?

You could reduce the ECL of a lot of races; an across the board -1 would give everyone a few extra hit points.

Item creation with no XP cost?

Essentially, crafting of magic items has to have a significant 'cost' to the wizard, or it just becomes a license to print money. An obvious option for the wizard PC is, when creating items for other PCs, simply charge them extra for the xp cost. Another option is to allow spending extra gold...

    "alchemical" silver

It's alchemical silver because a regular silver weapon would break the first time you used it in combat. The alchemy presumably makes it (somewhat) suitable for use as a weapon.

How FAST should he turn evil? (Updated 2/9)

Unless there's a reason other than a lust for wealth behind going seeking the treasure in question, this is at best neutral (if the guardians are beings that for one reason or another can be destroyed without moral significance) and at worst evil (if the guardians are, say, sentient beings who...

How FAST should he turn evil? (Updated 2/9)

The character probably immediately registers as evil (or tainted by evil) on spells that detect evil, as he's tainted by demonic power. However, a proper Atonement effort should allow reclaiming his soul. Possibly just a Remove Curse, depending on what you feel the actual effect being used by...

D&D 3E/3.5 What is the "physical" advantage of being a good aligned character? (3.0e or 3.5e)

Being good isn't useful, nor is it intended to be useful. If you're looking for concrete benefits for being Good, you're fundamentally asking the wrong question. The altruistic character is inclined towards good, the selfish character is inclined towards evil, and asking 'what does being Good...

Do armies in your campaign go around raping, pillaging, and plundering?

A side point of detail: 'Rape' in the contest of 'rape and pillage' may in fact refer to the middle english definition, which is 'seize and carry off' (this meaning is still listed in dictionaries, but is rarely used AFAIK).

Aristocrat as a viable PC class.

I think you mean noble courtier. While a bard could be a courtesan, it's not exactly what was being looked for ;)

Aristocrat as a viable PC class.

What exactly says that they have to have wanderlust? Bards are good at all of the courtier skills. Wizards are poor courtiers, the required skills match neither their stat priorities nor their class skills, though any class can be the asocial aristocrat.

Aristocrat as a viable PC class.

DnD classes basically correspond to jobs and/or specific ways of accomplishing jobs. Aristocrat is neither, it's a social position, and can be matched by many classes. I might say there's a 'noble blood' feat that gives you certain social advantages, and then let the PC play any class he...

non interferring murder witness: evil or not?

A point to note: just because a character's evil doesn't mean he feels any obligation to cause malicious harm to others, it just means he's willing to harm others in the pursuit of his goals. An evil character would have been perfectly able to stand there and just watch. For that matter, an...

Mystic Theurge? Eldritch Knight? Located where?

Actually, you lose two caster levels; you have to have proficiency with all martial weapons, which requires you to take at least one level of fighter, barbarian, ranger, or paladin. I'd probably take the ranger, though I suspect the barbarian is a superior munchkin option.
